We offer complimentary consultations ($55 value) so that potential clients (and parents/guardians under age 18) can get to know us, our philosophies, and costs to ensure we are a good match before investing any of your time, patience, and money with us.

The consultation includes a thorough review of:

  • The questionnaire: your unique concerns, habits, and hopes.

  • Acne 101: An overview of chronic acne and how to successfully manage it without harsh topicals or prescriptions.

  • Obstacles that are imperative to address when treating acne/dry/visibly aging skin.

  • Process & prices of working with us.

Although the consultation is complimentary, all appointments are secured with a credit card to ensure responsible cancellations and rescheduling. 

We reserve the right to charge $55 (the value of the appointment) for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.  To avoid charges, please cancel up to 48 hours in advance.
